Partnership plans

Currently we have following levels of Partnership:

1. Reseller Partner: This is the most basic partnership plan with minimal financial commitment but no sales commitment. You refer clients to us and we offer a fixed percentage revenue share for all clients referred to us as long as they stay with us.
    

   Financial Commitment: US $200 one time.

   This is refunded on achieving a target of sales commitment as noted below. Refunds are processed in 60 days after reaching the sales commitment target provided the sales commitment values are maintained.
   
   Sales Commitment: Minimum 100 mailboxes sold in 90days from start of partnership.

2. Silver Partner: This involves both financial commitment and also minimum sales commitment. The revenue share is offered on recurring basis as long as the client stays with us on this service. Revenue share offered is 5% more than the Reseller Partner plan.
   
   Financial Commitment: US $500.00 one time.

   This is refunded on achieving a target of sales commitment as noted below. Refunds are processed in 60 days after reaching the sales commitment target provided the sales commitment values are maintained.
    

   Sales Commitment: Minimum 250 mailboxes should have been sold in 90 days from start of partnership. 250 active accounts should be maintained thereafter at any period of time. There is no limit on maximum number.

3. Gold Partner: This just like Silver Partner plan involves both financial commitment and sales commitment. This comes with additional 5% revenue share over and above Silver Partner or 10% above Reseller Partner plan.

Financial Commitment: US $1000.00 one time.

This is refunded on achieving the target of sales commitment as noted below. Refunds are processed in 60 days after reaching the sales commitment target provided the sales commitment values are maintained.
 

Sales Commitment: Minimum 500 mailboxes must have been sold within 90 days of start of agreement. At any stage thereafter there should be a minimum of 250 accounts active.

Upgrade from One Plan to another: Yes this is possible on meeting the sales and financial commitment of the next higher partnership plan.

If after refunds of the Financial commitment of the plan as per details noted above, the number of active accounts falls below the value for the plan, the Plan is automatically downgraded to the next lower plan as far as Revenue share computation is concerned.

All revenue share is processed on monthly basis 30 days interval for all payments sent by Wire.

All revenue share for payments received by Card is computed every 90 days keeping in view cases of chargeback's which may occur due to a client disputing payments done through card for reasons best known to the client.

The revenue share is not applicable on third party client like Astrasync for Blackberry smart phones.

Why Financial Commitment for Partnership?

We are only interested in Partnering on genuine and serious basis and it is not our intention  to have Partners for sake of having Partners. Financial commitment is one small way of ensuring seriousness as it's business and every business needs investment. As it is, all one time financial commitment we undertake to refund as per details noted in respective plans.
