The functions on Outlook are available through MAPI Connector add on only which is available free of costs for all users who have personal organizer and groupware functions enabled on account by administrator.

Delegate calendar / message replies - when out of the office, allow a replacement to confirm meetings, read & send emails in your name.

iCal Support

This is supported to manage your calendar and tasks fro clients that support iCal. So calendaring and tasks can also be controlled from clients like Korganizer or Apple ical and is not just restricted to use on Outlook or WEBMAIL only. ical enables support for managing Calendar and Tasks on other clients which support ical format.

MAPI Connector (Outlook Support)

All calendaring, tasks sharing, free busy support etc are supported through MAPI Connector on Outlook for MS Exchange like experience. API Connector is available free of costs for all users who have groupware and sharing enabled on their account.

WEBMAIL Support

All the collaboration, calendaring, delegation, tasks are also supported through WEB INTERFACE also. Currently Calendaring, Tasks, Notes work through NON AJAX Interface and from end of Q3 2010 entire features would be supported on AJAX Interface also. Current AJAX Interface handles mails and contacts only.
